Who is Ford Money working with to fulfil this gift offer?
We are working with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP), who specialise in managing rewards and loyalty programmes.
How do I claim my free gift?
The email you received form us contains a unique claim code which you can use to log in to the claim page in order to choose which of the three gifts you’d like to claim. You will also be asked to enter a second piece of information to login, which will be the last five digits of the Nominated Account linked to your Ford Money account(s).
How long have I got to claim my gift?
You have 70 days from the date the invitation email was sent to you to claim your gift, and once the 70 days has passed the claim period cannot be extended.
How do I receive my gift?
In order to select your gift, you will need to enter your email address. Entering your details on the claim page is simply for gift email purposes. If you would like to see how we protect your data regarding this gift please see the Privacy Policy here.
Once you have selected your gift choice, you will immediately be presented with your individual booking code/digital codes with all the redemption information you require. You will also receive your gift email to the email address provided which will provide a ‘View Code’ link, this will take you straight back to the gift page so you can easily access your gift code/s when needs be.
You should keep your gift email safe, as access to your individual booking code/digital codes will only be available on the claim page for 60 days from the date you register your claim.
How can I use my gift?
Each gift is subject to its own Terms & Conditions, which can be accessed via the Terms & Conditions link. These also set out the instructions you need to follow to make your individual booking for each gift.
Once you have selected your choice of gift, it cannot be swapped to an alternative.
In the unlikely event that the gift you choose cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of our control, you will be offered one of the alternative gifts as a replacement.
Who should I contact if I have a query about my Ford Money gift?
If you have a question about your gift you should contact the MLP Customer Services team here. Please note MLP’s operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5.30pm (excluding Public Holidays).
MLP are not authorised to assist with any queries specifically associated with your Ford Money account, products, or services and in such instances you should contact Ford Money directly.
Similarly, please note that Ford Money will be unable to assist with any queries relating to your gift or the general administration of the offer.
Who is eligible for this offer?
Existing Ford Money accountholders who have:
(i) opened an account with Ford Money between the dates of 11/04/2017 and 31/12/2017 inclusive; and
(ii) still hold an active account at the date they claim their gift (note that the active account does not have to be the same account that they originally took out with Ford Money, provided it’s still in their name).

What if I have more than one active account?
If you hold multiple active accounts with Ford Money you will only be offered one gift. You will not receive multiple emails from Ford Money offering multiple Gifts.
What if I am a joint accountholder?
If an active account is held by more than one person, only one of the accountholders shall be offered and be able to claim a gift. However, whilst this limitation is in effect we have provided gift choices that can be enjoyed by two people.

What happens after I enter my details?
If the details you have entered are correct, you will be entitled to select a free gift. You can choose from a Night Away for Two, Afternoon Tea for Two or Twelve Free monthly IMO Car Washes. Once you’ve selected your gift, information on how to redeem your choice will be displayed .
Do I have to redeem my gift straight away?
No you don’t. Once you have selected your gift, we’ll send you an email with a link back to your booking code/digital codes. You should keep your gift email safe however, as access to your individual booking code/digital codes will only be available on the claim page for 60 days from the date you register your claim.
I didn’t receive my gift email, what should I do?
If you didn’t receive your gift email after redeeming, first check your junk mail folder. If you are certain you haven’t received your email, please complete the ‘contact us’ form found here and someone from our team will be in touch shortly after. We will be able to resend the email, or send to an alternative email address you provide us.
What happens if the unique code or last 5 digits of my Nominated Account number are wrong?
If the credentials you’re entering are incorrect, please double check the unique code found in the original invitation email sent by Ford Money and that you are typing in the last 5 digits of your Nominated Account correctly. If you’re still struggling to verify yourself, please complete the ‘contact us’ form found here and someone from our team will be in touch shortly after.
What happens if I accidently selected the wrong gift?
If you selected the wrong gift and haven’t redeemed it yet, please complete the ‘contact us’ form found here and someone from our team will be in touch shortly after to help you change your gift.
Can I give my gift to someone else if I don’t want it?
Sure, if you complete the ‘contact us’ form found here with details of the person you’d like to give the gift to, we can transfer the booking code/digital codes to the chosen person.
What are MLP’s opening hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
